Google already answers questions about you. Nobody checked what it says.
Ascribed makes people and companies legible to search engines and AI: the facts, structured, sourced and verifiable. I founded it. The quickest way to explain what it does is to point at the page you are reading.

Search stopped being a list of links
Someone looks you up and gets an answer, assembled by a machine out of whatever it has already read. Someone asks ChatGPT who the good people in your field are, and it names names. Yours, or somebody else's.
Neither of those is a page you can optimise. They are built from what is published about you across a small number of sources the models trust, and they are remarkably consistent about which sources those are.
If nothing is published, the machine does one of three things. It says nothing. It repeats whatever it found, including the parts that are wrong. Or it confidently gives the answer for the other person with your name. All three cost you work you never hear about, because nobody tells you they looked you up and were unimpressed.
The proof is this page
Every link in that row above is a source Google and the AI models read. They agree with each other, they agree with this site, and each one traces back to something a person can check. That is not vanity. It is the product, run on me before it was ever sold to anyone else.
The reason I can build it for other people is the twenty years that came before it.
Five things, and you can buy them separately
Nothing here is a bundle you cannot pick apart. Order what you want, we build it, and you own it.
Wiki listings
An entry in your name on Wikidata and the open wikis, written only from facts already published somewhere else. This is the layer Google actually checks.
Real articles
Coverage in real outlets, written with you and placed with a named journalist. Never a press release blasted at a list, because that is not what gets cited.
Your own facts page
One page holding the facts you want used, with every other profile you own pointed at it, so nothing you control contradicts anything else you control.
The monthly check
Once a month we ask Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity about you, and send a short report on what they said and what moved since last time.
Removals
Things attached to your name you would rather were not. We find them and tell you honestly which can realistically go and which cannot. Do it yourself with our guide, or we do it for you.
What it costs
Two ways in. The difference is cashflow, not what you get.
- Wiki listings in your name
- Your own facts page
- Every profile you own pointed at it
- Articles added from £100 each
- No contract, cancel any time
- Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity asked about you monthly
- A short report on what they said
- What changed since last month
- Cancel any time
- Sensible if you only want to know where you stand
The full set can also be spread monthly if that suits you better. There is no minimum term on anything and nothing auto-escalates. If you want to stop, you email and it stops.

How it works
- You fill in one questionnaire. That is the only real demand on your time, and it is deliberately the only one.
- We check what is already out there. Then we tell you what can be built from it, and what cannot.
- We write and place the pieces. Wiki entries, articles, your facts page, with every profile you own pointed at the same set of facts.
- Once a month you get a report. What the machines are saying about you now, and what moved.
Who this is not for
I would rather say this now than take the money and disappoint you.
- Anyone who wants something published that is not true. Everything has to trace back to a checkable fact. The wikis remove what cannot be sourced, and a removed entry is worse than never having had one.
- Anyone with nothing yet to cite. If there is genuinely no record of you anywhere, the first job is to create something real worth citing, and that is a different and slower conversation.
- Anyone who wants a bad story buried by Friday. Removals are honest work with an honest failure rate, and I will tell you which things realistically cannot go.
- Anyone expecting a guaranteed Google Knowledge Panel. Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is selling you something else.
The questions people actually ask
Can you guarantee me a Knowledge Panel?
No, and be careful of anyone who says otherwise. Google decides what to show and it does not take instructions. What we can do is make sure the facts it draws on exist, agree with each other and are properly sourced, which is the part that is actually within anyone's control. Panels tend to follow from that. They are not a deliverable I will sell you.
Is this going to get me penalised?
No. There is no trick in it. We are publishing sourced facts in the places that publish sourced facts, and getting real journalists to write real articles. The reason it works is that it is the thing search engines are trying to reward.
What if the internet already has something wrong about me?
Common, and usually the actual reason people call. Sometimes it is a confusion with someone who shares your name, which is the easiest to fix, because the fix is giving the machines enough correct detail to tell you apart. Sometimes it is something true you wish were not there, and then we do the removals audit and I tell you honestly what can and cannot go.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. You order it, we build it, you own it. Nothing is rented back to you and nothing disappears if you stop paying.
How long does it take?
The build is quick. The machines catching up is not entirely in our hands, which is exactly why the monthly check exists: you can watch it happen rather than take my word for it. I will give you a realistic timescale for your own case after the free check, rather than a number on a sales page.
Is it worth it if I am not famous?
It is more useful if you are not. Well known people already have a record whether they manage it or not. For everyone else the question is whether a client, an investor or a journalist looking you up finds a coherent answer or an empty one, and an empty one is a decision you are letting a machine make on your behalf.
Find out what they currently say. It costs nothing.
There is a free check on the Ascribed site. It asks the models about you and shows you what comes back. It takes a minute, and it is honestly the right first step, because a fair share of the time the answer is that you do not need us yet. I would rather you found that out for free.
Ascribed is at ascribed.ai. If you would rather start with a conversation than a form, the contact page comes straight to me.
